Refund & Returns Policy

At TheFamous Studio, each piece is crafted on demand as part of our limited-edition approach. This allows us to reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and maintain exclusivity.

Because of this made-to-order model, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

This policy applies unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

1. Defective, Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with a defect, damage, printing issue, or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@thefamous.store and include:

- Your order number

- A clear photo showing the issue

- A short description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

A free replacement, or

A full refund, depending on the situation

Please note that a replacement for a defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item is not considered a standard exchange. We do not offer exchanges for size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

2. Order Issues & Delivery Problems

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Please note:

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery may require carrier investigation

3. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days.

Funds will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

4. Non-Returnable Items

As all products are crafted on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selection - Change of mind - Personal preference

We encourage customers to review sizing guides and product details carefully before purchasing.

Every order matters to us. While our made-to-order model means we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges, we are always happy to review each situation with care.
